Received my new SIM today, tried logging in at plus.net/mobile and it wants a username and password. Tried my normal Plusnet details but they aren't recognised on the mobile login. Tried forgotten my username which asks for mobile number and email address, these details aren't recognised. So how do I get a username and password to log on to my mobile account?

Jamie - if that doesn't work for you select the forgot password link on the login page, enter your username (mobile account number in the welcome email) and email address. This will send you a link that enables you to create a new password. I've done this for two of my SIM cards and worked both times. Hope you enjoy the benefits of PlusNet Mobile on the EE Network
