Still getting emails about bill 2 months later?

Can someone close my account for my mobile, still getting emails about bills!

Hi there,
I have similar problem. I phoned up Plusnet mid April to cancel my 30 day rolling contract. From the 17/04 I did not use my mobile number. On the 19/05 I have been charged which I believe meant to be the last payment so I have cancelled my direct debit. I have received an email from plusnet about direct debit cancellation and to get in touch because my account and allowance will be restricted. I would be appreciate if you could help me out as well.

I moved to EE in April to whom I oay my direct debits, therefore for the second month I received an email from Plusnet telling me I have over £1 in credit and to go to my mobike account to see.

I no longer have my details for signing into my mobile  account as there would  have been no need since joining EE.

So, why are Plusnet still sending me these emaiks.  It is a ridiculous and very annoying state of affairs.

Hi Matthew, I rang Plusnet this morning, seems it is now resolved and a cheque will be sent to me.
