A full period?
Residual balance? You might get three bills after account closure.
1 a balance (credit or charge)
2. A billing showing the above being settled
3. A bill showing a zero balance - at which point the account is fully closed
If it’s for a full amount there’s a possibility that something has gone wrong - contact the support desk.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

I left PM June 2023. Haven’t had any communication until this month informing me a small amount would be taken from my account ?

Click Matthew's name in the left panel above and the select send private message.
