Split Port

Although I was perfectly happy with plusnet mobile services, the impending shutdown prompted me into moving to Lebara, and although the port completed apparently successfully on 26 June in that all data is fine and I can phone out successfully, no-one can call me from other networks on my ported number.  I have obviously been in contact with Lebara customer support endlessly about this and they insist that they have restarted the port manually, but that they are now waiting for a response from PlusNet before they can make any progress. I have had the same number for decades (since Mercury One2One) and have dozens of 2Factor authentications set up to use that number - losing it would be a major hassle.

The number is a 07904 prefix which i believe is part of the block that is routed by EE (so basically plusNet) - is there anyone technical out there that can actually communicate with Lebara to solve this?
