Hi guys, I am a broadband customer and want to uprade my 4G (£6) sim only 30 day contract to 7GB(£8) but when I log in to my account I can't see this plan option. What can I do uprade my plan?
Or is it for new customers only? If that's the case I find it incredibly unfair as I am still your Unlimited Fibre Extra customer. Is there any way you could help me?
