Ruined credit file

Please please can someone help. My husbands credit file has been ruined by 4 missed payments from Plusnet when a sim was not used. We now have been turned down for our mortgage for something we thought was rectified last year. Just told to wait for a response or call them back if don’t hear.

Try raising a dispute with a credit reference agency. They’d liaise with the relevant team in Plusnet to remove any erroneous failed payment markers.

-Your full name.

-Your full address including postcode.

-Can you confirm you are the account holder?

-Date of birth.

-The last two digits of the bank account number and sort code that paid the bill.
