Roaming not working in Mexico

Hi all. I arrived in Mexico yesterday, connected automatically to MovistarEE, roaming working fine then I hit my cap and it stopped. Realised there was a £33.33 charge just to connect! So I paid it to clear my account, reset my cap but it still won't let me use any data. Got the texts saying I can now use all services. Have also restarted my phone. Any idea what to try next?
