Roaming - Does "Spain" include the Balearic Islands?

I am going to Menorca, does this come under Spain? (I know it does politically, but does it for roaming purposes?)

Hi there,

I'm really sorry for the delayed response. As far as I'm aware it should do as our Roam like at Home page here https://www.plus.net/help/mobile/roam-like-at-home/ explains that the service includes Spain.
