Problem with voicemail

Hi. I am trying to access voice mail however after dialling 555 I get a beep and the line cuts off. I then get a message saying call ended. Is there a problem with voicemail or is it my phone? I have a message which I am unable to access. Thank you.

I cant make or receive any calls and it has been like this for over an hour. I am currentky in central Glasgow but there aren't supposed to be any service issues.

Some Plusnet Mobile customers may be experiencing problems making or receiving calls. We're working hard on a fix and will keep you updated here.
