Have you received any messages/e-mails advising that the port will complete yesterday? There's usually something about the progress etc. from just about all providers.
Has the service from the "losing" provider been terminated? Is it a port to PN?
Apologies if you have done, but have you tried rebooting the phone with the new SIM installed?

Had nothing to confirm it’s completed, old sim stopped working.
I have rebooted the phone several times and still nothing

I'm really sorry for the issues your number has ported over but your service has not started.
We’re quite chocka right now, so it’s taking a little longer than I’d usually like to get back to customers and I'm sorry about that.
