Plusnet to EE move nightmare

So started the move to EE on Monday - the online forms worked well - so just have to wait - three days later I get a Txt from 150 saying - Your delivery address has been changed as requested - If you did not request this change contact 150. So who has change my address - not Me

 

Problem is EE won't speak to me - not able to message 150 as not on EE yet. Rang 0800 but they need my mobile number right at the start and this is rejected. Call ends - Was this a big mistake - I did. not want to leave Plusnet !
