PAC Failed

Hi, I received a PAC on 6th June to move to EE as requested. However this didn't go through. I have binned my SIM on the 6th when I received my new EE one. However my number has not ported. Could you send a new PAC for <redacted>. I'll view it on my online account. If not a STAC as my account is still active Thank you.
