Not Receiving SMS & iMessages

Our phone on PlusNet Mobile typically doesn't receive SMS and iMessages until it arrives home and connects to the house WiFi, when several are often in succession.

Anyone have ideas about what the problem can be?

It's an iPhone 4.

Hi allegoricus!

I am very sorry to hear that you have been experiencing a bit of an issue receiving SMS and iMessages!

It does seem strange for messages to only be received when connected to WiFi, so this is definitely something I will need to investigate further.
