No 4g

I have two plusnet sim cards one is getting 4g and other is either on 3g or H+ despite being in the same location.

I have changed the affected sim card and am still having the same issue. I have put the other sim card into the other phone so its not an issue with the phone.

I have called customer services and they tell me to contact online support. I am passed around.

Why do plusnet not have technical department?

Hi droid1978!

I'm sorry to hear that you're not receiving 4G on one of the SIMs, this definitely seems strange.

We don't have a dedicated 'technical team' but all our customer service agents are able to help with a lot of troubleshooting and settings. It sounds as though, on this occasion, the agent hasn't done this and I do apologise for that.

I have responded to your PM now so we will continue to look into the account to try and get to the bottom of this over there Smiley
