Does anyone know if roaming includes the Netherlands Islands in the Caribbean?

@markzeman Roaming like at home does not apply in Aruba.
If you check here https://www.plus.net/help/mobile/roaming-and-international-calls/ , Aruba is in Band 7 and charges are pretty high , especially data!!!
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
