My mobile data plan is no showing up

I get a new iPhone SE my old phone was the iPhone 7 I had data working on that phone . When I moved to my new phone I transferred the SIM card and I transferred all apps and data but for some reason it says I have no data. My sim is not locked . I have tried so many things to get it to show up. Please help !
