Mobile data not working

Hi

 

My old number has ported to my sim card but I have no mobile data. I have called the team and they advised on how to add an APN but this hasn't worked. My phone is a samsung s6 edge + and the options i have on setting up the APN has extra parts.

 

This is very frustrating so any help would be greatly appreciated

Ignore any extra settings, everyone has them.

Had same problem. Michael Williams fixed it, for a while. Then no data again. Also, signal comes and goes at any location. Was asked to do all sorts of tests with the sim in different devices and report back.  Plusnaught came up with nothing. I went to another provider.

Thanks for the replies. I PM'd Michael and didn't hear anything and then as I left work the 4g kicked in. I had put the APN details in a few hours earlier, but maybe it takes a while to kick in. Gonna see how it goes and hopefully it will stay working. Thanks again
