Thanks for your feedback.

Unfortunately broadband and mobile accounts are managed by two very separate systems so it isn't possible to combine them into one I'm afraid. We appreciate the feedback though and hopefully in time things will change.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
