Missed payments on mobile account no longer in use

I've stopped using my account at the start of the year and apparently I've now accrued missed payments since my direct debit disconnected.
I would like to repay anything that I owe and if possible have this entry removed from my credit history. All notifications about this had gone to my spam folder and I only found out today after checking my credit score.

Hi Michael,
I don't know about your billing issue but I would change your username from your mobile number. This is a public website so anyone can see that number and associate it with your name.
