Thanks for taking the time out to get in touch with us, it's much appreciated.
This is an automatic notification that is sent out via the system when your Direct Debit is due. I can assure you that if your account is in credit and the credit was in place before the bill was produced, we won't be taking a Direct Debit payment from you for this billing period.
I would advise to check the email/text you received as it will state roughly one of the following:
- "As your account is in credit by 'x' amount, we won't be taking a payment from you this month
- "Your Direct Debit for the payment amount £0.00, will be taken on or around 'xx/xx/xxxx'
If you can send me a Private Message, I'll be more than happy to double check this for you and clarify any information.
