Inbound calls failing

All inbound calls are today failing to my mobile with the message "Calls to this number are not being connected... this number is not reachable from this network".
Outbound calls still working, as are inbound text messages.
Help!

I have the same issue - I can call out and receive / send text messges. All calls to my mobile are getting the same message saying calls cannot be connected - very frustrating as I have a mother who is ill and needs to be able to contact me via phone.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
