How to change IP address?

I used to be with Three and my mobile data IP address would always change simply by restarting the phone but it seems with Plusnet my IP is static. Is there a way to change this?

Unless you have paid for a static IP address it is dynamic. However if you want to change it you need to disconnect for long enough for another user to pick up an address or you will possibly reconnect to the same address. Try disconnecting for say half an hour.
Edit. This may be rubbish, I had not noticed yhat you were talking mobile. Sorry!
