Contract closure repayment


Like all PN mobile customers, I received an message recently advising me of the need to change providers. I followed the suggestion and joined EE.

However, I was advised not to cancel mu D/D to PN in order to facilitate the repayment of the overpayment I was expected to make.

 I followed that suggestion. Two months on and no repayment or final bill has followed.

 I can no longer access my PN account online, and all of the published telephone numbers hang up within a few seconds giving me no options to access information.

can anyone advise me of the way to resolve this issue?
