I am very angry that plusnet has charged me £50 for my latest bill on 29th December £50 as it should be normal £25 a month with smart cap remain at £0. I have to call up plusnet customer service billing dept as they told me the main reason for £50 because my direct debit date Dec 23rd is bit too late to get plusnet updated of my last payment on the xmas period, they suggest me to change the direct debit date to 9th to avoid xmas period.
The payment of £50 are now due to be taken out on January 25th then February 9th will be £0 (credit of £25) then March 9th back to normal £25 bill.
I think it pretty annoying that Plusnet couldn't change direct debit payment of £25 instead of £50 because my bank already paid £25 on the Dec 23rd but the bill didn't pick up of my last payment.
Plusnet are the worse on billing issues (xmas period) with no fault of mine.
Really fed up they should not billed two months £50. What a cheek.
