Cannot receive text messages from lycamobile number

I recently moved my number from O2 to plusnet mobile. Everything was fine except that I cannot receive text messages from my partner who is on a lycamobile contract. She can send and receive texts to anyone else. I can send texts to her but not receive them.

Apologies for the late reply, I have been away from the office. 

I do hope this is resolved for you now but if not, in order to investigate this, we would require 3 examples from you that relates to the issue.

The three examples need to consist of the following and need to include your mobile number linked to the account and/or account number:

> Make and model of the handset
> Time and date your partner sent you a text
> The number of the person leaving the text
> The postcode in which you're in at that time
> Any error message that occurs

It's important that these examples are 2 hours apart and within a 24 hour window.

I would advise to call in with your examples, as they do expire within 24 hours.
