I purchased a mobile contract in December. I was never able to use it correctly in the phone required so I cancelled it in January. I had already paid 2 £5 bills and only used it for a couple of short tests of a few seconds. I still keep getting emails billing a monthly charge even though the SIM was cancelled in January. I have tried to use the customer contact system but go round in circles - it offers me a mobile contact option, but I cannot use this as the SIM does not work..
How do I make contact,.without incurring large land-line bills.
