Cancelling Mobile Monthly Contract

I have moved to a country where plusnet doesn't have coverage. One of around one hundred countries! I would have kept the number going if was of any use but now I'm having trouble finding a definitive way to cancel the account.

The app is extremely limited in its functions and the website only caters for moving to another provider. As the number does not work in this country I cannot call plusnet to confirm cancellation.

How can I cancel my account?

You can always write in and use snail mail, for form see https://www.plus.net/support/pdf/plusnet_cancellation_form.pdf If that does

If that doesn’t work raise a formal complaint, which will raise a ticket on your account. https://www.plus.net/help/legal/complaints-code-of-practice/

Note that a suggestion that you do this normally triggers a Plusnet staffer coming here to sort it out, so keep watching this topic.

Thanks for the reply and suggestion.

To think that this is the only way to cancel, in these circumstances, with everything managed digitally is a joke to be honest.

I have managed to cancel many agreements and subscriptions online at the click of a button. This should be no different.
