4g stopped working

It still didn't work so the helpline sent me a new SIM but unfortunately it has the same issue.
I have tried a sim from another network in my phone and get perfect 4g.
I tried my sim in a friend's phone and he got no 4g.
Do I have to get another sim or is it a problem with the settings at plusnets end as I have seen a few posts suggesting?

Have you checked to see if there are any local mast issues on: https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/networkchecker/checkservice
Alternatively, you can check here: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/mobile-coverage this will show if you can receive a decent signal inside your premises. Is the issue solely in your premises or are you having 4G issues everywhere you go?

My phone gets 4g with a SIM card from another network. Also the new SIM doesn't get 4g when tried in a different phone.

This does sound like a SIM issue.
We can run you through security via a series of PM's and then investigate this or, my colleagues in the mobile team will be able to get this sorted for you in real time on 0800 079 1133 - just let us know either way.
