Hi, I have PlusNet mobile and for some reason i have 2 numbers, one for calls and when I send a text I use another number.
I did switch form Virgin using my old number. I would very much like to keep my old number and get rid of the new one.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance, Kev

Come on Plusnet don't let me down. I have what I think is a split port or something as I have two numbers from one sim.
@Gandalf Youve helped me before so could you help with this too?

He is, although PM's to him should still get through to the Help Team, but best to link the thread concerned so someone else can pick it up easily.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi there,
I'm really sorry for the delayed staff response to help out.
There's actually no such thing as a "split port" from what I've been told when I discussed this with a couple of senior colleagues of our mobile operations team last year, but there definitely does seem to be an issue here.
Have you got this sorted by now btw?
