Smart cap 'talk to us' number issue.

Got one feedback about smart cap. How can deaf person hear if get through to customer support because if I click Talk to us, it just dial through to pn customer support but there is no special way to get through to 18001 (text relay service for deaf people) as it will making difficult for me and other deaf. Can't PN change it to change smart cap of my choice with a click £2 to £25 etc without speaking to customer service but only allow once per month to change.

Hi @goldenfibre pleased you're enjoying the app so far.

 

There's an update (currently scheduled for next week) that will give you another contact method that will be much more friendly for our hard of hearing and deaf customers.
