I'm starting a campaign for cups of tea on your first day. This means you have to make the social media team a round of tea's. Spread the word, it'll catch on I guarantee that. Tea's in the top right cupboard. Welcome to the team @JARVIS

If you want the newbies to be making tea for you, you’ll need a consistent storyline - is it a tradition (for which you admit you’ve little evidence) - or is it your new campaign...
... or are you just trying to con the new guys into treating you like a King?
I guess if all else fails you could just cast a spell over all of them ... just make tea!!

Hey, I appreciate where you're going with this and also understand your logic entirely!
However, as we're existing agents of tenure and this is essentially to help out on your work-flow temporarily...
Should it not be the original and current teams that make us all a round of tea to set the warm welcoming standards going forward? Especially when we have been up-skilled out of the kindness of our own hearts? 😜
Glad to be a part of the team and glad to be of assistance going forward.
