Hello All,

My name is Alisdair and I work for the Plusnet Social Media team in Leeds.

My work related specialisms are Broadband & Home Phone technical support, Customer Service and Billing.

In my spare time I enjoy 70s and early 80s music, Stanley Kubrick films, True Crime podcasts and Autobiographies.

Before joining the Plusnet Social Media team I worked in our Technical Support and Customer Service team for about 7 months. I brought a lot of previous industry knowledge over from my last position which was with a different ISP, which I hope I can put to good use on here! 

I'm looking forward to helping you all out as much as I can - or just having a chat about any of the above!

I cannot think of a more challenging role to patience and sanity than needing to deal day in day out with BT. Clearly your made of strong stuff!! Welcome!!
