It appears my IPv6 connection is currently experiencing an issue.

Has someone at plusnet HQ playing around with Ipv6 configuration files on there system?

For the avoidance of doubt can I confirm you are on the trail?
Have you changed your Plusnet firewall settings or had a failed payment event? For the trail the IPv6 configuration is linked to the static IP configuration management. Anything which touches the static IP space can drop the IPv6 component.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Q1: Yes.
Q2: I do not have firewall settings configured on my account.
Q3: I have consistently made all payments on time via direct debit.

Images released, which I had seen already and did not discern anything therein which would add to the accuracy of assessing the problem. One presumes that no changes have been made to your router configuration from when it was last known to be working?
There have been specific scenarios of accounts dropping off the trial. The questions asked related to two known reasons. I dropped off the trial myself having changed the Plusnet account firewall settings. I needed to wait for @dave to restore the trial configuration. Everything else seen around here relating to third party routers have been related to configuration errors.
There is the possibility of something new ... @dave can you please have someone take a look - thank you.

I have attempted to revert the Plusnet hub to its standard operating mode and subsequently utilized Passthrough mode with my Wi-Fi 7 system; however, functionality has not been restored in either configuration.

Yeah looks like it's gone walkabouts. I'm going to add some others to the trial so will fix this at the same time. Let confirm when I've got the change ready to go.
