7800N problems

21CN unlimited.
Having problems with getting my 7800N (1.06h) working with IPv6.
It is picking up a LAN IPv6 Address but is not running radvd and therefore the attached devices are not picking up an IPv6 address.
I have carried out a factory reset but it made no difference.
Will try with the latest firmware and older versions when I get a chance.
Pete

Re: 7800N problems

I have had it successfully working with IPv6 during the last trial, i'm not running it at the moment though so can't tell you what the firmware was. Sorry.

Hi Pete
I'm having the same problem with 1.06g.

Re: 7800N problems

I've just upgraded to 1.06h, and it is still doing the same.  I've attached screenshots of some of the ipv6 settings on the router, that I am unsure are correct or not (though I have poked about a bit with them without any success), and also one of my Network Connection Details.
Pete, I think this shows the same as you are seeing?
Any suggestions would be most welcome!
Thanks
Phil

Re: 7800N problems

Right, got it working!  On the page shown in my first screenshot, for the field titled "Interface Address / Prefix Length", I posted in my IPv6 address followed by "/56".  Then released and renewed the adapter on my laptop, and the got an internet connection via IPv6.
Hope the same works for you Pete.
Thanks
Phil
