white listing numbers

I get at least 5 calls a day from scammers - this is getting very silly . why can't I white list the numbers numbers I will allow calls from?

Re: white listing numbers

As far as I know "white listing" isn't a feature on the phone platform Plusnet uses.

When I had a Plusnet phone line I had the "protect" turned on.

https://www.plus.net/help/phone/stop-nuisance-calls/

As you only have a few months of phone service from Plusnet left I would focus on selecting a new platform for your number that does what you want.

Having said that, I don't know of a VoIP provider with a "white list" facility but that doesn't mean there isn't one.

I am the satisfied customer....

@zaaxuk

Get a phone that incorporates a True Call blocking feature. For example: https://www.amazon.co.uk/BT-Cordless-Nuisance-Blocking-Answering-Black/dp/B0787G3VRQ/ref=sr_1_1_sspa...

I have had one for years without any scammers getting through once.

I have an earlier model and it has continued working fine despite my move to  a VoIP connection.
