@rogerjajowett Welcome to the forum.
First I would remove personal information from this public forum before your edit window closes..
Then follow the links in this troubleshooter and it should automatically report a fault. Some times it will say that it failed to complete the tests but still raise a fault ticket on your account. You can check this by logging in to your account and checking ticket. https://www.plus.net/help/phone/phone-line-troubleshooting/
