My landline wont make or receive calls since this morning, though broadband is working.
Sitting in q for ages now trying to report, with online chat out of action.
Tried troubleshooter test but that isn't working either.
Would appreciate earliest contact and resolution from plusnet.
The troubleshooter can be temperamental and record a fault while giving an error message. Check in your account for tickets; any ticket generated can be found here Tickets
If there isn't anything there you could try https://faults.plus.net
Other than that, try making a complaint using the link right at the bottom of the page "Complaints Code of Practice". What you have isn't really a complaint but that route seems to attract attention.
