ive had an email saying my internet and phone will be changed to ee at no additional costs , phone package will be same for those with a package
i dont have a package , emergency user only so pay the earth for the calls i make but recieve plenty of calls
where do i see what the new ee calls will cost ?

Emergency calls like 999/112 or NHS on 111 are free.
We have a VoIP lines that makes hardly any calls,
it costs less per year than BT/EE or VM would charge for one to two months.
Note this is an internet connected SIP / VoIP phone, it is not BT/EE Digital Voice from an EE Router.

To UK landlines for example, 34p connection charge & 22p/minute
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
