anyone had probs with the phone call charges? just had my bill and its seems they "forgot" to charge for calls outside package for last three months, i have given up asking as it seems a waste of time i have paid what i thought i owed but ?

They did have a problem with the system, but this was resolved on the 2nd December if your bill was before that date it could be incorrect.

Hi there,
Firstly, I'm sorry for any confusion caused.
The issue is that we haven't charged you for your phone calls for the last three billing periods. You have paid us on these dates, however the invoice was only generated for subscription.
As such, as we explained in the email we sent, we've now applied the call charges to your latest bill.
