I don't have this active on my line, yet twice it has taken a message. I have check on both occasions and it is definitely unchecked. Has anyone else had this - I have raised a ticket with Plusnet. I find it much better to use my own answer machine.

I'll take a look through the supplier systems to make sure you haven't got this service enabled on their back end, it certainly seems to be removed on our side but I suspect the problem sits on the supplier side!
