Voicemail

I turned my voicemail off a while ago but it seems to have come back.
My features page says it is turned off but at the moment 1571 works.
How do I get it turned off again if it is showing as off already.
Also I am now getting a lot of calls where Caller ID is not working. I know it is not working as they are calls from family mobiles.
Has something been changed?

I'm not too sure why voicemail was re-applied to the line. Looking at the order history, it wasn't us that placed the order, it was done by someone from the support team of the program we use to place orders Huh
I've placed an order to remove voicemail and sent an email to query why this was added back on in the first place.
In regards to caller display when you say it's not working on 'a lot of calls' are you still getting calls come through where this does work?

Thanks for resolving the voicemail issue, I have no idea why it was re-applied.
I have been keeping a watch on Caller Id and it seems to fail when the caller is on a mobile.
It used to work fine.

Not sure why that would be, unless the mobiles had all been set to withhold their numbers.
I'll remove it and re-add it to see if that makes any difference for you.

I've just placed the order to put caller display back on the line following the removal of it earlier.

HarryB, while visiting my brother (also a Plusnet customer) this weekend, I discovered that Voicemail appears to have been recently activated on his phone line, although he has never requested it (he has an answering machine) and it is not shown as active in the Phone Control Panel for his account.
If you could PM me, I'll let you have his customer name.
