Thinking of moving

I'm currently with the dreaded BT and been with them for 2 years but im looking for a cheaper product. the only snag is i moved house in January and BT moved it all for me and they did state that i would be under a new 12 month contract at the new address.
So my question is will plusnet pay the penalty if i sign up with them for 12 months?

We can't be held responsible for any early exit clauses that you'll have with BT.  That's down to contracts rather than service provision.
