Switching off voicemail
When I joined plusnet I opted out of voicemail. When people called me and I did not answer the voicemail cut in.#
I contacted customer services and they confirmed that they had switched it off but I am still receiving voicemails.
Also when I go onto my account and go to my call features, the voicemail option is not selected.
Has anyone else had this problem and or know how I can switch it off.please?
