Looking at the website it seems at least a pound more than that at 8.99 http://www.primussaver.co.uk/ ?

From New Calls Home site
http://www.newcalltelecom.co.uk/primus-saver-launches-cheapest-ever-landline-rental-with-home-phone-...
Even at £8 or £9 per month its still well under plusnet's ?
I see the £7.99 its a 12 month contract, just wondering if I'm missing something on why their around 30% cheaper....
Thx f9o

Primus are operating 12 or 18 Month ROLLING Contracts.
Also, All of the prices they quote EXCLUDE VAT.
Note also that since the takeover, they have inteoduced a 10p Call Connection Charge and have raised their Call rates.

That £7.99 includes according to the T&C of that offer *
"3.1 Subject to clause 19, the prices for the Service shall be as stated in Primus’ tariff sheets as current from time to time.
All prices are inclusive of VAT."
http://www.homephonechoices.co.uk/gfp/terms/terms.asp?termsid=230&partner=hpc~cu~bb94
10.5p Connection Charge not far off the 10.9p with plusnet ?
Those auto renew rollings contracts are slippery, as I found out with BT.
Thanks f9o

I was switching to them from BT. but changed my mind after I saw the £2.50 for Caller ID
At £8 fine but at £10.50 The deal I got from BT when I threatened to switch in April is cheaper than that.
