Phone line dead

My phone line has gone, I have no dial tone at all. Can't dial out and does not ring when called.

Broadband is still working though.

The bot service checked the line and said no issues.

Can this be looked into please

@pretzel22 I suggest you call support and and ask them to run manual checks on your line - the bot has problems with the voice side of the circuit.
