Hello,
We have an engineer coming to the house on Wednesday, as we lost full connection to the phone and braodband on Friday.
The phone is still not working properly but the broadband is back online, even though the speed is very bad. I was just wondering. We are meant to be having a line upgrade soon. Could this be the reason the line went down in the first place?
Would a line set resolve the issue? Or is it worth waiting for the engineer on Weds?

wait for the engineer as something is obviously still adrift if the phone isn't working properly
