I've noticed that the Unlimited BB and Calls package has changed so that now it only includes "weekend" calls and not evening and weekend calls. Is that right?
My contract expires in January and I would like to stay with PN and I was wondering if I asked CS if I can take up the £2.99pm offer now instead of waiting till January? Is CS the best people to talk to about this?

As an existing customer you will retain your present package - that is only for new customers
Regarding offers you would need to phone cancellations as they are the only ones who can make special offers https://portal.plus.net/home-broadband/contact/
