I've just moved house and taken PN's phone service with me.
As it was a move to a different exchange this involved a number change. However, when I check the Home Phone section of the Member Centre, my billing and call detail is still for the old number (with obviously no new calls showing since the date the number was ceased)
Does anyone know when the information updates to reflect the new number (and show call data for the correct phone line)?

If it completed today, there will be a ticket on your account to check its completed, then it should get changed over to your new number

It's normally 24 hours or so.

It completed on Monday (actually the phone was working from last Friday but the official date was Monday) so I was expecting things to happen on Tuesday.
