Noisy phone line

Since customer srevice is not available could some one please check my phone line as it has gone very noisy and is also causing multiple broadband drop outs.  Thanks.

Did you run the Phone Troubleshooter? It will do a line check. https://www.plus.net/my-account/tools/phone-troubleshooter/ (You will be asked to log in.)

Don't worry if it says that it has failed as the test can be a bit iffy and may still raise a fault - check in your account for tickets..

Thanks for that. Not sure if it is working or not but it eventually displays a page with

Thanks but no ticket reported.  I'll just have to keep ringing and hope I can through eventually.
