My phone line doesnt seem to be working. The internet fibre broadband is working ok but there is no dial tone and we cannot make or recieve calls. I have tried the help section and unplugged everything and used a corded phone on the master socket but its all just dead. Can anyone suggest what steps to follow now to get it sorted? Many Thanks
Hi Hammy, Just noticed this as I was about to leave, I've ran a test and there is a fault found externally, I've raised the fault report with Openreach and assigned a ticket to our faults team to sort this from here
